The Modulo comes in two widths: 150 cm for a studio flat or small living room, 200 cm for a larger living space. As each module is independent, you don’t have to set it up in a straight line: along a wall, in a corner, as a chaise longue or as two separate seats, depending on the space you have.
Before ordering, measure the width of the wall you have in mind and leave about 80 cm of walkway in front of the seat to move around comfortably. Unsure about your layout? Send us your room dimensions and we will tell you which one to take.
A proper bed. The seats line up to form a flat, continuous surface — no metal bar or crossmember in the middle of your back, unlike a sofa bed. Your guests sleep on the same foam as the seat, not on a 5 cm spare mattress laid over a frame.
Expect a double bed. Have a double fitted sheet and a duvet ready: the Modulo comes without bedding.
The seat is filled with high-density cold-cure foam: the type of foam chosen precisely because it springs back and doesn’t hollow out where you always sit. The armrests are filled with a blend of down and soft fibres — plusher than the seat. Hence the enveloping feel without your back sinking.
Like any new sofa, the seat softens slightly over the first few weeks, then settles. If you notice abnormal sagging, the Fiabelo warranty applies.
The covers are removable for cleaning. Chenille is a tightly looped fabric: pet hair lifts off with a damp glove or a brush, and the weave doesn’t snag easily. Brush corduroy in the direction of the rib to restore its drape.
For a mark: dab with warm soapy water without rubbing, then leave to air-dry. Never tumble-dry, never use bleach.
Nothing to screw in, no tools. The modules arrive in separate covers and slot into one another: allow about ten minutes for the first set-up, with no instructions to decipher. After that, changing the configuration takes seconds.
Worth knowing: each module weighs about as much as an armchair. Rearranging it on your own is possible, but it is easier with two people — especially on the 200 cm model.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The sofa must go back in its original packaging, clean and undamaged — keep the transport covers while you make up your mind.
